Woc4 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "woc4" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain woc4.best and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on woc4.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access woc4 services.
• "Credits" or "Funds" refers to the available cash balance in your woc4 account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" means free credits or additional benefits granted by woc4 to members, subject to specific rollover requirements.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Games" covers all game types available on woc4, including Live Casino, slots, poker, virtual sports, roulette, and Sports Betting.
• "RNG" stands for Random Number Generator — the technology used to ensure that all game outcomes are entirely random and fair.

These terms are interpreted in the context of the services provided by woc4 to members in Malaysia. Any conflict in interpretation will be resolved at woc4's absolute discretion, taking into account the best interests of the member community as a whole.

2. Account Registration

To register a woc4 account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

1. Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. woc4 conducts age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents (MyKad or Malaysian passport) at any time.
2. Register using accurate and truthful personal information — your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a Malaysian bank account number in your own name.
3. Must not hold an active woc4 account, or any account that has previously been suspended or terminated. Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, or household.
4. Not be on any list of individuals excluded from gambling for legal, mental health, or self-exclusion reasons through a prior self-exclusion programme.

Woc4 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations found to involve false information or identity impersonation will be cancelled immediately and the account balance forfeited. woc4 may also request additional document verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM2,000.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals at woc4 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

3.3 Currency

4. Bonus & Promotions

Woc4 offers a wide range of promotions to its members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions us, as well as to the following general terms:

4.1 General Rollover Requirements

• Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a balance that includes that bonus.
• Rollover is calculated based on total amount wagered, not on winnings or losses.
• Different games may contribute different percentages towards the rollover requirement. Check the promotions page for details specific to each offer.
• Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirement is met will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate bets in order to fulfil rollover requirements through improper means (for example, placing opposing bets across two accounts).
• Using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets designed to fulfil the rollover requirement without genuine risk.
• Claiming bonuses using a credit card or third-party account that does not belong to you.

5. Game Rules

All games offered by woc4 are conducted in accordance with industry-standard rules. The following general terms apply to all game categories:

5.1 Live Casino & Table Games

• All Live Casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger) are hosted by real human dealers via live video stream.
• Any technical disruption during an active round — including disconnection on the player's end — will not result in the bet being voided. The outcome of a round that has already begun is final.

5.3 Poker

• Poker games at woc4 are conducted in accordance with international standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules.
• Player collusion — that is, working together unlawfully to gain an advantage over other players — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• The use of automated assistance software (bots) during poker games is strictly prohibited.

6. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at woc4 covers a wide range of local and international sports — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports and virtual sports. The following terms apply to all types of sports bets:

• All bets accepted by the woc4 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member, except where the cash-out feature is available before the event begins.
• Woc4 reserves the right to void or suspend bets at any time in the event of an obvious odds error, significant technical disruption, or evidence of match manipulation.
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time will be refunded to the member's balance.
• For badminton: bets on Malaysia Open matches and BWF World Tour tournaments will be settled based on official results issued by the Badminton World Federation (BWF).
• For Malaysia Super League football: official results are based on announcements by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in the final result unless stated otherwise on specific markets.
• Odds may change up until the bet is accepted by the system. The odds displayed at the time of placement are the odds that will be accepted, subject to system confirmation.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may close your woc4 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@woc4.best. Prior to closure, any eligible balance (not subject to an outstanding bonus rollover) will be returned to you within 3 business days.

7.2 Suspension by woc4

Woc4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member was under 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse as described in Section 4.2.
• Collusion, use of bots, or any form of cheating that compromises the integrity of games.
• Financial fraud, including the unauthorised use of credit cards or bank accounts.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward woc4 support staff.

In cases of suspension due to fraud, woc4 reserves the right to hold all funds in the relevant account while an investigation is conducted. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be fully forfeited.

8. Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

The woc4 platform is provided "as is" without any other express or implied warranties. By using woc4, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability:

• Woc4 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting outcomes, regardless of the circumstances or cause. All bets are placed entirely at your own risk.
• Woc4 is not liable for any service disruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• However, if a technical failure on woc4's end causes a directly provable financial loss to a member, woc4's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the directly affected bet — and not to any potential winnings that may have been expected.
• Woc4 is not liable for any hacking attempts or unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

Woc4 takes this responsibility seriously. As a platform serving hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players, we recognise that gambling can pose risks to certain individuals if left unchecked. That is why woc4 has put in place a range of protective measures for our members:

• Deposit Limits: Each member may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. Limits cannot be increased immediately — a 24-hour waiting period applies to any increase, giving members time to reconsider.
• Session Time Limits: Set a daily session time limit for your play. The woc4 system will send you a reminder when you are approaching your limit.

This Terms & Conditions document represents the entire agreement between you and woc4 regarding your use of this platform and supersedes all prior communications or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
